Located in the heart of Inner West Sydney, the project features 103 architecturally inspired apartments (mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units), 3 retail spaces and 2 levels of basement car parking across 3 buildings. Lofts III is the third and final development of “The Lofts” project series, spanning in succession along Parramatta Rd, all delivered by Decode.

Marrying functional design and modern architectural finishes, Lofts III considered the essence of the local family culture and community by providing open planned kitchen and dining areas, rooftop entertainment and landscaped gardens. The use of materials was carefully selected to maximise the longevity of the project, creating value for our end user.

Lofts III was a finalist in the 2020 Urban Taskforce Development Awards.
